FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2014 at HICKORY STICKS GOLF CLUB
8:30 am Registration with a Shot Gun Start at 9:00
Entry Fee is $80 per Golfer ($320/Foursome) if registered BY September 5th.
OR
$85/Golfer ($340/Foursome) if registered AFTER September 5th.
Cost includes: Golf with Cart, Beverages and Lunch on the course, buffet dinner by City Barbeque, Awards Ceremony, Door Prizes and Gift Bag.

Being 29 years old and having a breast cancer diagnosis, has been shocking and emotional. I have been to many stressful medical appointments and have a new set of worries and expenses. With 2 children under 3, my main concern was to still look like ‘mommy’ as I go through chemo. Your organization, CHICKS & CHUCKS, made this possible.
